Each recollection fills me with a profound sense of nostalgia and hope, driving my creative spirit. The possibility of a radiant tomorrow fuels my imagination, ignites new ideas and encourages me to dream beyond the present.

Since 2019, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be part of Bear River Artworks Gallery. It’s an amazing place to call home, surrounded by a fantastic family of talented artists.

About Crystal Pyne

As far back as my family can remember, I’ve had a pencil in one hand and paper in the other. Sketching people was my gateway into becoming an artist.
Today, when I capture a likeness, my effort is to allow that person’s soul to shine through. And while I still love pencil sketching, acrylics have become my favorite medium and I am excited to add colour to the equation.

I grew up on Long Island, Nova Scotia where I was fortunate to witness many of nature’s magical creations. This has steered me towards a path of capturing nature and wildlife. I am inspired to transpose that natural world onto canvas.
